CORT Continues Support of Folds of Honor’s Mission of Providing Education to Military Families

Folds of Honor_CORT_lockup-ImageApplication Period Opens Feb. 1

Since 2012, CORT has been a proud partner and supporter of the Folds of Honor Foundation, with the mission of providing education through scholarships to spouses and children of soldiers lost or severely disabled in service to our country. Each year, CORT demonstrates its support of the Folds of Honor and military families across our great nation through donations, various marketing activities and awareness campaigns.

To date, over 10,000 scholarships have been awarded through the Folds of Honor Foundation. There are currently more than one million dependents of military service men and women, 87 percent of whom do not qualify for educational assistance. The Folds of Honor Foundation helps make up that difference.

Applications for the 2016-2017 academic year will be available through Folds of Honor from February 1 through March 31, 2016. Notifications of the scholarships will begin in June and run through the end of August. The three scholarships available include Higher Education, Children’s Fund and Future Use.
