Multifamily industry leader teams up with transitions services giant
CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, today announces that multifamily industry veteran and guru, Tamela Coval, has joined the company as an executive strategist. In this position, Tamela will apply her 33 years of multifamily industry experience to grow and enrich CORT’s national partnerships and supplier relationships.
The apartment industry continues to grow with approximately 33 percent of the total United States population renting their home or apartment, according to the National Multifamily Housing Council. Tamela joins CORT after 20 years at industry media giants Primedia (ApartmentGuide.com) and Network Communications Inc. (ApartmentFinder, The Real Estate Book, Corporate Choices and LivingChoices.com) where she encouraged national participation from CORT while serving side-by-side with CORT employees in leadership activities at the National Apartment Association. With a career chronicled in industry leadership circles, Tamela serves as a notable pacesetter to CORT’s national team. Her career service commitment, robust network and focus on multifamily application of emerging technologies enhance CORT’s dedication to delivering much more than furnishings.
