The CHPA is a professional trade association exclusively dedicated to supporting corporate housing providers around the world.
Swets and Reich passed a stringent exam on the corporate housing industry in order to receive the CCHP certification. This professional recognition exemplifies their competence and professionalism in the corporate housing business. With their certification, Swets and Reich plan to continue to represent CORT as a reputable partner in the corporate housing industry.

Swets was one of five people on the founding board of CHPA. As the only vendor on the board, Swets hoped to one day have both a member and vendor certification program. Twenty years later, he has personally accomplished that goal. Reich gained his corporate housing expertise through his work at Oakwood Worldwide for 10 years overseeing both San Diego and Hawaii, opening the Hawaii location, as well as his two years at US Suites.
