CORT celebrates revitalized neighborhood with three-day grand opening event
CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway company, will host a three-day grand opening event to celebrate its new showroom and its part in the revitalization of the Scott’s Addition area of Richmond, Virginia. Located in a former automotive business, CORT’s new 11,422-square-foot rental and retail showroom is one of many businesses to renovate space in the historic neighborhood.

To mark this special occasion, CORT is hosting an open house event from July 23-25 with residents and other local businesses in Scott’s Addition. Mayor Dwight C. Jones will help kick off the festivities and by helping to hand out Sugar Shack donuts to event attendees. Guests will also enjoy prize drawings with the opportunity to win $25,000 as well as refreshments from local food vendors throughout the three-day celebration.

Located at 1207 North Boulevard, the showroom will be open to the public and features CORT’s wide array of furnishings and accessories to meet any design style or taste. The clearance center includes a mix of stained concrete and carpet as well as electronic and accessory displays. This clean, fresh design provides customers with the best overall shopping experience, helping them imagine a new look for their home or office.
