CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, is pleased to announce that Carrie Gebhart has joined the company as group vice president of sales. In this position, Carrie will provide leadership to grow CORT’s residential furnishings business in the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana markets.
Carrie joins CORT with more than 15 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. She most recently served as vice president of sales for BG Staffing Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of onsite temporary and permanent placements for the multi-family housing industry. Carrie was responsible for growing BG Staffing from a Texas-based provider to a national multi-family vendor partner. Previously, Carrie also served as a marketing director for Riverstone Residential Group and as an account executive at For Rent Media Solutions.
Carrie is heavily involved in multiple apartment associations, serving on the Tarrant County Board of Directors, the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas product and service council and as a delegate to the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
