CORT was recently featured in a segment of Designing Spaces airing on Lifetime®, a signature women-focused home improvement show that travels all over the country to bring viewers innovative home remodeling, home decorating, and home design ideas. The show, which aired on July 17, featured the transition services company helping a student furnish her first off-campus apartment. The episode will air again on Thursday, August 13 at 7:00 a.m.
During the episode, CORT fully furnished and transformed the student’s first apartment on a budget with a variety of products ranging from living to bedroom furniture. This is the second time CORT has been featured on the popular design show. In an episode that aired in March, CORT helped a newlywed couple decorate their first home using products from CORT’s Clearance Center showrooms. CORT will also be featured in another episode this fall, focusing on furnishing a military veteran’s new home.
“CORT offers an economical and hassle-free alternative for students looking to live off-campus affordably,” said Margaret Schwartz, director of marketing, CORT. “By renting furniture, parents, students and roommates know the exact cost of furnishings for the entire year and do not have to factor in hidden expenses such as moving vans and fuel prices, storing furniture and repairing broken items. We are excited for the opportunity to share this information with the Designing Spaces viewers.”
