After graduating Warren Area High School in Warren, Pennsylvania, in 1977, CORT District General Manager (DGM) David Davis joined the Navy. Initially David was tested and approved to attend SEAL training, but the Navy needed submarine sailors more than they needed SEALs, and so began David’s military career.

CORT Texas recently had the opportunity to showcase CORT’s work with the Folds of Honor Foundation at the 2015 Texas Apartment Association Education Conference and Expo, “Operation Hero.”
Since 2012, CORT has been a partner and supporter of The Folds of Honor Foundation (FHF) by helping them in their mission to provide educational scholarships to dependents and spouses of fallen or severely injured soldiers across the United States.
Tonya Carter, Senior Group HR manager at CORT, is a 1989 graduate of the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point. She graduated as a Second Lieutenant, and chose the Corps of Engineers branch. As an 11-year veteran, Tonya served our country domestically and internationally.
