Todd Shell celebrates 25 years with the furniture rental company this month
CORT Regional Manager Todd Shell was recently elected by Texas Homeless Network to serve on their Board of Directors. During his 25 years at CORT, Shell has held various positions, his most recent role working with supportive housing organizations allows him the ability to tap into his passion for philanthropy.
Shell acts as the liaison between supportive housing organizations and CORT, identifying partnerships and opportunities to provide solutions for their furniture needs and help with the initiative to end homelessness.
“I am extremely honored to have the opportunity to work with supportive housing organizations at CORT and now serve on the Texas Homeless Network Board of Directors,” said Shell. “During the past five years, the Texas Homeless Network has helped to reduce the amount of individuals experiencing homelessness by 33 percent, and I am honored to be a part of the mission to help that number continue to decline.”
Apart from offering furnishings solutions, CORT also supports Texas Homeless Network with awareness efforts and can connect the organization with key community leaders who can help fundraise and find volunteers to further their goal of reducing homelessness in Texas.
