CHANTILLY, VA, November 8, 2021, — CORT, the nation’s leading provider of furniture rental and transition services, announced Pete Regules, Vice President of Residential National Accounts, has been awarded the 2021 National Apartment Association (NAA) Lifetime Achievement Award. Previously, Pete won the NAA Paragon Award, which was formerly the highest achievement a supplier could earn.
Pete has worked for CORT Business Services, a company that helps businesses and individuals in transition, for over 30 years and currently serves as Vice President of Residential National Accounts. In his current role, he leads CORT’s strategic efforts within the multifamily housing industry, leading a team that manages CORT’s largest property management clients as well as onboarding CORT’s PropTech solutions.
An active member of the multifamily industry, Pete has held leadership positions with the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (Associate chairman), the Florida Apartment Association (FAA) (Product Service Council Chairman), and the National Apartment Association (NAA), (National Suppliers Council Chairman).Within these organizations, Pete has been a motivational speaker, event emcee, teacher, and award winner, including being inducted into the FAA Hall of Fame and earning the coveted Paragon Award from NAA. He co-authored “The Apartment All Stars Complete Guide to Leasing Apartments” and served as contributing author of “Wall to Wall Multifamily Tips.” Of course, many of Pete’s friends and colleagues in the multifamily housing industry best know him as the “Doctor of Fun” because of the level of personality and enthusiasm he brings to everything he does.
