Brian Jarrett is the Managing Director of Project Management for CBRE Houston, Austin & San Antonio. Brian facilitates all aspects of development and construction by coordinating with inside and outside brokerage, operators, and end-users, managing architects, general contractors, engineers, equipment manufacturers, and consultants. His position encompasses ground-up development and includes core and shell construction management and interior construction management.
Brian has managed numerous projects for several of our healthcare and institutional customers. Brian has actively participated in over 14 million square feet of space consisting of hospitals, industrial/distribution, medical office space, business offices, manufacturing, and mixed-use facilities. At CBRE, Brian serves his clients by using his expertise in the following areas: program management, land development, design development, project, and phasing logistics, cost projections, cost controls, relocation management, internal and external reporting, and project execution.
Brian has over 21 years in the commercial construction management industry and became CBRE’s Central Texas leader in 2018.
