All About Scott’s Addition

Joining the Scott’s Addition neighborhood gives CORT the opportunity to participate in what is considered to be the fastest-growing community in Richmond. This is an area with a very rich history in addition to its promising future. The neighborhood saw most of its early development after the year 1900, but got its start in the early 1800s. Scott’s Addition was named after War of 1812 veteran, Major General Winfield Scott. Today, the neighborhood is experiencing significant growth, recently adding more than 1,000 new apartments, a string of restaurants, small businesses and now a showroom to meet all of the rental and retail furnishing needs for the city of Richmond.CORT Richmond, VA

“The CORT team is excited to open its doors to local community members and local businesses to celebrate the transformation of the North Boulevard area,” said Mike Cline, district general manager, CORT. “We’re extremely proud to have been a part of the revitalization of Scott’s Addition, and look forward to being a part of this up-and-coming neighborhood.”

Congrats, CORT Richmond, on your new showroom and a great event!
